Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 3 days of purchase.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items, clearance items, and free gifts are non-returnable.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items like underwear, swimwear, and hair accessories.
3. Proof of Purchase
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued by credit term. No cash refund(s) are allowed.
5. Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please visit our store or contact our customer service.
6. Return Process
- Customers can return items in-store or by mailing them to our return address. If mailing, please contact us first for return authorization and instructions.
- Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items, except in cases of defective or incorrect items received.
